$52,000 - $82,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
Analyze customer Requests for Quote (RFQs), blueprints, and specifications for manufacturing projects.
Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain to determine material, labor, and lead time requirements.
Calculate accurate costs for parts, assemblies, and services, including materials, labor, and overhead.
Develop competitive pricing strategies that align with company profit targets and market conditions.
Prepare and submit detailed, professional, and timely quotations to prospective and existing customers.
Maintain comprehensive records of all quotes, pricing data, and customer communications within the CRM system.
Follow up on submitted quotes to track status, gather feedback, and address customer inquiries or revisions.
Recommended Qualifications
Proven experience in quoting, estimating, or sales support within a manufacturing environment.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems, CRM software, and advanced Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and mathematical skills for cost modeling and pricing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for internal and external collaboration.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with CAD viewing software or interpreting technical drawings.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma principles.
Prior experience in a sales or customer-facing role within manufacturing.
Advanced Excel skills for complex cost modeling and analysis.
