Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and driven
Talent Acquisition & Marketing Specialist
who brings a strong blend of
full-cycle recruiting experience and hands-on social media/marketing skills . This role plays a critical part in building our brokerage team by identifying top talent while also elevating our employer brand through creative marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Recruiting (Primary Focus)
Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for
brokerage roles
in Birmingham and Dallas
Source, identify, and engage high-quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking, etc.)
Screen and vet candidates to ensure alignment with company needs and culture
Present qualified candidates to leadership for review and approval
Participate in the interview process (virtual and in-person)
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of active and passive candidates
Represent the company at
college job fairs and recruiting events
Marketing & Employer Branding
Manage and grow company presence across
social media platforms
(LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
Create, post, and engage with content that supports recruiting efforts
Develop creative ideas for posts, campaigns, and short-form videos
Capture internal content by:
Taking photos/videos in-office
Conducting employee interviews
Showcasing company culture and success stories
Collaborate with leadership to align messaging with hiring goals
Design and coordinate branded
company swag and promotional materials
Qualifications
2+ years of
recruiting experience
(preferably in sales, brokerage, or high-volume environments)
Proven experience with
social media management and/or marketing content creation
Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and candidate evaluation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a
hybrid environment
with occasional in-office requirements
Creative mindset with an eye for branding and storytelling
