We are looking for an energetic and charismatic Drive Thru Director to join our team at
Chick-fil-A South Two Notch Road & I-20 . This “hands‑on” management opportunity is designed to give you a career in the most highly‑esteemed restaurant chain in the nation while providing a clear roadmap for your professional growth and development. The Drive‑thru is a critical component to our restaurant. It delivers as much as 75% of our sales, which means you will have the biggest opportunity to impact more guests and increase profitability than any other manager on our team.
Your Impact
Delivering operational excellence, working through all areas of the Drive‑Thru to ensure a remarkable guest experience
Building high performance teams, identifying and coaching leaders for the Drive‑thru
Manage a close knit team of 20+, creating an inspiring vision, coaching and holding people accountable to high standards
Increasing profitability through implementing procedures to reduce costs, increase productivity, and promote sales
Maintaining a work environment that ensures and promotes food & team safety
Increase overall restaurant results, working cross-functionally with other department leaders through attending weekly meetings and setting high-level collaborative goals
2 years of Restaurant Leadership experience (required)
Exceptional organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
Passion for Chick-fil-A's values
Charismatic and motivational personality
