What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including system planning and customer training
Become an expert on Silvus' radio and networking solutions and their competitive advantages
Prepare and conduct product demonstrations for customer evaluations
Visit customer sites to deliver technical support and training
Troubleshoot field failures and provide feedback for product development
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field with at least 2 years of experience in a pre- and post-sales technical support role; or High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in a similar position
Proficiency with radio frequency instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers
Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 15 months of hire
