Client Engagement Events Specialist Base Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 A prestigious international law firm is looking for a polished and proactive Client Engagement Events Specialist to support top-tier client development initiatives across various offices. In this high-visibility role, you will work closely with senior business development leaders and attorneys to execute strategic, relationship-driven events and programs. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of client-facing events from concept through post-event follow-up. Coordinate thought leadership programs, client appreciation events, and internal initiatives. Partner closely with attorneys and business development leadership on client engagement efforts. Develop strategic invitation lists and manage event communications. Track engagement and support reporting on event effectiveness and ROI. Manage timelines, vendors, budgets, and logistics across multiple concurrent initiatives. Collaborate with internal marketing and communications teams across offices. Proactively drive projects forward and ensure that deadlines are met. Ideal Background 5+ years of experience in client events or professional services events. Experience in a law firm or professional services environment is strongly preferred, but not mandatory. Demonstrated ability to manage events independently from planning through execution. Comfortable working directly with attorneys and senior stakeholders. Highly organized with strong project management skills. Polished, proactive, and confident communicator. Experience with CRM or event tracking systems (Salesforce is a plus).
