What you’ll be doing:
Managing landlord and tenant relationships as the primary point of contact
Overseeing leasing, tenant selection, and lease renewals
Monitoring rental arrears, conducting rent reviews, and managing financials
Coordinating maintenance, trades, and property expenses
Ensuring compliance with WA tenancy legislation
Reviewing outsourced inspection reports, actioning issues, and updating landlords
Maintaining accurate records and delivering clear, timely communication
What you’ll need:
2 years Property Management experience
Bi-lingual candidates are highly considered
