Compensation

Year 1 expected earnings: $75,000 – $85,000 (Base + Uncapped Commission)

We are seeking Chicago‑based sales hunters

to work with the largest CRE firms and manufacturers in the country.

About This Job

This position is for someone who is interested in energy and real estate and wants to be a part of a fast‑growing, hungry company. The person for this job is naturally tenacious and relentless in everything they do. They are a highly motivated self‑starter who enjoys working in a results‑oriented environment. This person is excited to hunt for new business, appreciates the challenge of learning a new industry/role, and is eager to grow within a company.

Objectives of this Role

Set exploratory meetings with prospective commercial real estate clients to source opportunities for the VP of Sales

Learn about the commercial real estate and energy procurement industries

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

Grow your network to create new customer opportunities

Qualify companies to assess fit for our target market

Make 350+ cold calls per week

Send cold emails to prospective customers

Book 2‑3 meetings per week

Participate in exploratory meetings with the VP of Sales

Skills & Qualifications

Proven track record of success

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Highly competitive

Ability to work independently / self‑motivated
