Fulfillment Specialist

Responsibilities
Perform daily tasks such as labeling, assembling kits by hand, recording, maintaining records, copying, and printing using appropriate computer programs. Label kits with patient information, ensuring accuracy before shipping. Fulfill mail orders and meet productivity standards. Pull the correct product for the correct customer, ensuring correct labeling. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA laws. Manage, coordinate, and fulfill customer orders from Medicare & Medicaid services. Act as a Subject Matter Expert on order fulfillment processing to support sales. Partner with other functions to resolve or escalate issues preventing on-time order fulfillment. Track all orders using delivery software. Prepare outgoing mail for delivery by mail carriers. Use scanning equipment to gather package information. Create shipping labels for outgoing packages. Essential Skills
High School Diploma or GED Completed. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Reliability and ability to follow instructions. Quick learner with the ability to work with speed. Flexible to work in fulfillment, creating kits, and on the lab side if needed. Ability to work flexible hours based on volume and demand. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in customer service, retail, or mailroom. Attention to detail and confidentiality. Interest in customer experience. Experience with mailing and order fulfillment. Inventory management and clerical skills. Work Environment
Work from Monday through Friday, with flexible hours from either 6 am to 2:30 pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm. Be open to working mandatory overtime during project peaks, including two hours on Saturdays. Work in an open concept office space, sitting at long tables with the option to sit or stand while assembling kits. You may listen to music, but phone usage is prohibited and considered a major violation. Attendance and communication are crucial. Job Type & Location

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
