The

Digital Marketing Associate

assists the IEWC digital marketing team to drive improvements on IEWC’s various websites and digital platforms. Working closely with the various business units, this role is responsible for gathering business requirements, coordinating website enhancements with the Digital Marketing Manager, implementing changes within IEWC’s various website platforms, and assisting with our Search Engine Advertising (PPC, SEA), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and other digital marketing efforts.

Responsibilities: Website & Digital Platforms Development

Support the development, maintenance, and improvement of IEWC.com and related websites.

Identify content and functionality opportunities for all IEWC websites through web analytics, competitive research, voice‑of‑customer research, and other sources of feedback.

Assist in identifying, activating, and improving new site functionality, content and UX features through HTML/CSS and site configuration.

Support content management activities for all IEWC web properties.

Become an ambassador for IEWC.com, providing outstanding website technical support for customers and internal stakeholders.

Assist in gathering and documenting business and technical requirements for ongoing website improvements and updates.

Assist with User Acceptance Testing efforts of newly developed web features; ensure adherence to testing processes and best practices as needed.

Stay current on digital marketing and UX industry best practices, trends, and platform updates, and proactively recommend data‑informed website UX and content enhancements to improve user engagement and conversion performance.

Web Analytics

Maintain IEWC’s web analytics platforms, ensuring accurate and consistent data is available for all stakeholders.

Create, improve, and maintain web reports within Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, and Microsoft Excel.

Lead monthly/quarterly digital marketing meetings with key stakeholders from Communications and Commercial teams.

Web Traffic and Advertising

Assist with IEWC’s pay‑per‑click advertising campaigns.

Assist with IEWC’s SEO/GO strategy, working with third‑party partners and internal team to optimize website and create optimized content to increase organic traffic.

Assist in drafting, scheduling, and publishing social media posts across platforms to support campaign goals.

Qualifications

ABachelor’s degree or technical degree required. Marketing, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Communications or related degrees preferred. All majors encouraged to apply.

Experience with website maintenance/design and project management strongly preferred.

Must have strong organizational skills and be able to maintain project plans. Must be able to work with multiple people and effectively keep projects on task.

Must be curious and an avid learner; eager to jump into the unknown and tackle new challenges with a positive attitude.

Experience with Google AdWords and Google Analytics is a plus.

Experience with web development and content management systems preferred.

Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM) such as Salesforce CPQ as well as Marketing Automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot or Marketo is a plus.

Ability to work in a Windows environment and standard Microsoft office applications is preferred.
