As Manager Digital Sell-In Solutions, you will help lead adidas’ digital transformation across North America—powering the tools and processes that enable our wholesale business to operate with speed, clarity, and accuracy. You will oversee key digital platforms, guide adoption across teams, and ensure our partners have a seamless, data-informed sell-in experience. From seasonal tool setup to change management and training, you will bring structure to complexity and help shape how adidas shows up for its partners in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES LEAD DIGITAL TOOL MANAGEMENT AND ADOPTION Oversee assigned digital platforms, supporting wholesale and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and impact.

OWN SEASONAL AND AD HOC TOOL SETUP Serve as the subject matter expert for system automation and processes, partnering across teams to ensure smooth execution.

PROVIDE TOOL SUPPORT AND ISSUE RESOLUTION Act as the primary contact for support needs, collaborating across functions to troubleshoot, elevate, and resolve issues quickly.

DRIVE TRAINING AND DOCUMENTATION Lead training, maintain documentation, and keep SharePoint resources current to support consistent understanding across teams.

SUPPORT FUNCTIONALITY ROLLOUTS AND CHANGE MANAGEMENT Guide UAT, readiness, and communication to ensure teams adopt new features with clarity and confidence.

QUALIFICATIONS (MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)

Four-year degree in business, operations, contract management, or related field

Minimum five years of experience in sales, operations, systems support, or a combination

Industry experience preferred

Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, and related systems

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; Smartsheet experience preferred

At adidas we offer a Hybrid work policy which requires attendance in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Friday each week. For work requiring a high degree of collaboration or an in-person presentation, in-office attendance is required even on Friday. The working location of this position is Portland, OR.
