Job Description
Lead estimating efforts across multiple commercial projects (ground-up and renovations). Prepare detailed, accurate cost estimates and bid proposals. Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor pricing. Manage bid packages and subcontractor relationships. Partner with project management and executive teams on strategy. Identify value engineering opportunities and cost-saving measures. Support preconstruction planning and client presentations. A successful Estimator should have: 5-10+ years of construction estimating experience (commercial preferred) Strong background in hard bids and negotiated work Ability to read and interpret construction documents Experience with commercial project types (e.g., healthcare, retail, multifamily, institutional) Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Proficiency with estimating software and Excel What's on Offer
Competitive salary ranging from $115,000 - $135,000. 3 weeks PTO + 1 week of Sick Time. 17% Bonus assuming all goals are met. 4% Company match on 401k contributions. $520/month vehicle allowance + gas card. $100/month Cell Phone Reimbursement.
