Location: Remote (US - East Coast Preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Director - New Business Development to lead the growth of our Infrastructure & Security Services portfolio. This is a high-impact role for a strategic hunter who excels at opening doors, shaping large deals, and building trusted relationships with CXO-level decision-makers.

You will own the end-to-end new business lifecycle – from identifying opportunities and prospecting to deal closure and onboarding, collaborating closely with executive leadership, presales, and delivery teams to bring innovative solutions to market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new logo acquisition and net-new revenue growth across priority industries.
  • Lead the full sales cycle: prospecting, solution positioning, proposals, negotiations, and closures.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
  • Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders using a consultative, value-driven approach.
  • Collaborate with presales, solution architects, and global teams to design tailored Infrastructure and Cybersecurity solutions.
  • Represent the organization in executive briefings, client meetings, and industry forums.
  • Mentor and guide sales team members to enhance new business capabilities.

What You Bring

  • 15+ years in IT services with 8-10+ years in new business development / hunter roles.
  • Proven experience selling Infrastructure and/or Cybersecurity services in the US market.
  • Track record of closing large, complex, multi-year deals.
  • Exceptional negotiation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong executive presence with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%, as needed.

  • Exposure to industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, Media, Nonprofits, Travel, and Transportation.
