Our client is a Multi-Billion Service and Distribution Firm that has been in high-growth. We’re a high-volume powerhouse looking for a data-obsessed finance professional to turn our inventory and sales metrics into a digital masterpiece. This role would be reporting to VP of Finance and working with senior leadership.
As our Sr. Manager of FP&A, you won’t just be reporting on the past—you’ll be architecting the future. You will bridge the gap between deep financial modeling and cutting-edge data visualization to drive strategic decisions across our supply chain.
What You’ll Do:
- Master the Model: Build and maintain sophisticated corporate financial models and run rigorous sensitivity scenarios to stress-test our growth.
- Own the Dashboard: Design, deploy, and manage advanced Power BI/Tableau dashboards that track real-time inventory health, margin performance, and distribution efficiency.
- Wrangle Data: Manipulate massive datasets to identify trends, leaks, and opportunities that others miss.
- Translate Complexity: Distill intricate financial data into clear, actionable narratives for executive leadership.
What You Bring:
- Requirements: 8+ years in FP&A or Corporate Finance, specifically within publicly traded environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Power BI or Tableau and advanced Excel. You should be comfortable architecting data flows, not just clicking "refresh."
- The Pedigree: A proven track record of creating complex models that have influenced multi-million dollar decisions.
- The Edge (Preferred): Experience in M&A or Investment Banking is a massive plus—we value that high-stakes, high-precision mindset.
