As a Customer Experience Consultant at CarMax, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional and memorable journey for our customers. Your mission is to support customers through every step of their CarMax experience, ensuring our process is as simple and seamless as possible. You'll partner with various teams within the organization to guarantee that every customer enjoys a positive experience while buying and selling cars. Key Responsibilities Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers from appraisals to test drives and financing applications. Conduct vehicle condition assessments, documenting and communicating necessary information for effective customer appraisals. Manage incoming vehicles, performing daily scanning and reconciliation of our inventory. Perform cosmetic inspections, assuring all vehicles comply with CarMax Quality Standards. Handle various administrative tasks, including managing paperwork, contacting finance companies for customer contracts, and overseeing cash/payment processes. Schedule service appointments and verify repair order invoices for accuracy. Role Purpose This dynamic retail sales position emphasizes teamwork and goal achievement while interacting with a diverse range of customers. Building quick rapport and understanding customer needs is essential in ensuring a smooth process. Successful candidates will manage several tasks autonomously, including vehicle sales, sales paperwork processing, assessing vehicle conditions for appraisals, and overseeing repair orders. Preferred experience in sales and customer service, especially within retail. A valid Driver's License. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
