About the Role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to create memorable experiences for customers throughout their CarMax journey. Your role is pivotal in guiding customers through buying and selling cars with ease and transparency, reinforcing our reputation as the nation's largest retailer of used cars.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers from sales to appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
Conduct thorough vehicle condition assessments, recording vital information to support customer appraisals.
Manage the check-in process for incoming vehicles, ensuring accurate daily scanning and inventory reconciliation.
Perform cosmetic evaluations to uphold CarMax Quality Standards.
Handle various administrative tasks including preparing reports, managing transaction papers, and coordinating with finance companies for customer contracts.
Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices for service work conducted.

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
