About this role
As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will have the unique opportunity to provide an exceptional experience for our customers by guiding and supporting them throughout their CarMax journey. You will be an essential part of our team, ensuring a simple and seamless process for buying and selling cars while embodying our core values of honesty and transparency.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers through the entire process, from purchase to appraisal, including test drives and financing arrangements.
Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and share information with buyers to facilitate accurate appraisals.
Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax and maintain accurate daily inventory records.
Conduct cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles comply with CarMax Quality Standards.
Perform various administrative tasks such as printing reports, managing transaction paperwork, and liaising with finance companies regarding customer contracts.
Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices.
Role Overview

Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in retail.
Valid Driver's License.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) preferred.
