As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional experience for our customers. You will guide them through every step of their CarMax journey, ensuring that the process remains simple and seamless. By effectively communicating and collaborating with various teams, you will help create positive interactions that reinforce our commitment to honesty and transparency, which are key to our success.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Providing outstanding customer service by assisting clients from sales and appraisals to test drives and financing applications.
Conducting assessments of vehicle conditions and communicating relevant information to potential buyers for accurate appraisals.
Processing incoming vehicles shipped to CarMax, including daily inventory scanning and reconciliation.
Performing cosmetic inspections and ensuring all vehicles adhere to CarMax Quality Standards.
Handling administrative duties like printing reports, maintaining transaction paperwork, and managing finance-related communications.
Creating service appointments and accurately reviewing repair order invoices for completeness.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred experience in sales and customer service, especially in retail.
A valid Driver's License.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
