As a Customer Experience Consultant at CarMax, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional journey for our customers. Key Responsibilities
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers from vehicle sales and appraisals to financing applications and test drives.
Conduct vehicle condition assessments and communicate relevant details to assist buyers during appraisals.
Manage the check-in process for vehicles shipped to CarMax, including daily inventory scanning and reconciliation.
Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all vehicles meet CarMax's Quality Standards.
Handle various administrative tasks such as printing reports, managing transaction paperwork, and liaising with finance companies regarding customer contracts.
Create service appointments and verify repair order invoices for accuracy.
Role Purpose

You will quickly build rapport with customers, understanding their needs to ensure seamless service. Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
