As a Customer Experience Consultant, you'll play a vital role in providing our customers with an exceptional and seamless experience. Your primary focus will be to act as a knowledgeable guide throughout the CarMax journey, ensuring a positive process for buying or selling vehicles. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers at every stage, from appraisals to test drives and financing arrangements. Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and communicate key information to Buyers for accurate appraisals. Receive and check in vehicles shipped to CarMax; manage daily scanning and reconciliation of inventory. Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure vehicles adhere to CarMax Quality Standards. Handle various administration tasks, including managing sales paperwork, contacting finance companies, and auditing completed documents. Arrange service appointments and verify repair order invoices for accuracy. Role Purpose: In this dynamic retail environment, you will work as part of a team to meet performance goals while managing diverse customer interactions. Building rapport with customers and understanding their needs is essential for this role. You'll handle a variety of tasks, including vehicle sales and processing transactions. Education & Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail. Valid Driver's License. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel. The hourly rate for this position is: $17.20 - $36.00 Benefits: Eligible associates earn up to 48 hours of paid sick time per year and between 80 to 200 hours of vacation time based on years of service. Paid time off for 6 scheduled holidays and 1 floating holiday each year, plus compensation for working on holidays.
