Your Role: Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service, assisting with everything from sales to financing applications. Conduct assessments of vehicle conditions and communicate details for accurate customer appraisals. Manage the check-in process for vehicles delivered to CarMax and ensure inventory records are accurately maintained. Perform cosmetic inspections to guarantee all vehicles meet CarMax's Quality Standards. Handle administrative duties, including maintaining transaction paperwork and coordinating with finance companies on customer contracts. Create and monitor service appointments, ensuring documentation is precise for billing purposes. The Purpose of Your Role In our vibrant retail environment, teamwork is essential. You will engage with customers and juggle various responsibilities, from managing vehicle sales to processing paperwork and overseeing repair orders. Valid Driver's License. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
