Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers from initial inquiries to finalizing sales and facilitating appraisals.
Conduct thorough vehicle assessments, providing valuable information for customer appraisals.
Manage the intake of vehicles, performing daily inventory checks and reconciliations.
Ensure each vehicle meets CarMax's Quality Standards through comprehensive cosmetic inspections.
Perform various administrative tasks including managing sales paperwork, contacting finance companies, and handling cash and payments efficiently.
Schedule service appointments and verify the accuracy of repair order invoices for retail services.

Education and Experience:
