About the Role As a Customer Experience Consultant, you will have the opportunity to guide customers through their CarMax journey, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting customers with vehicle sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing. Conduct thorough vehicle assessments and communicate the findings to assist Buyers in performing appraisals. Process incoming vehicles, ensuring accurate scans and inventory management. Perform cosmetic inspections to ensure all cars meet CarMax Quality Standards. Handle various administrative tasks including maintaining transaction records, contacting finance companies, and managing paperwork. Coordinate service appointments and review repair invoices to ensure their accuracy. Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Education and Experience High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred experience in sales and customer service, particularly in retail. Valid Driver's License. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
