Overall Responsibility As a Recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires. Your role is crucial in building strong relationships with hiring managers, maintaining a talent pipeline, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience that aligns with our company's goals and values.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities Talent Acquisition
Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including job postings, social media, career fairs, and networking events.
Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Candidate Screening and Evaluation
Review resumes and applications to identify the best-qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination
Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and interviewers.
Provide guidance to hiring managers on interview best practices and selection processes.
Collect and analyze interview feedback to support decision-making.
Offer Management and Onboarding
Extend job offers, negotiate terms, and manage pre-employment requirements.
Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by coordinating with HR and other departments.
Employer Branding
Promote the company's culture, values, and employee value proposition through recruitment marketing strategies.
Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and online forums to enhance visibility.
Create and maintain a positive candidate experience at all stages of the recruitment process.
Compliance and Reporting
Ensure adherence to employment laws and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular updates to leadership.
Analyze metrics and trends to improve recruitment effectiveness and processes.

Training
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Equivalent experience may be considered.
Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (1-3 years for entry-level, 3-5 years for mid-level).
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Physical Requirements
