Key Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships with C-level executives, engineering leaders, and procurement teams
  • Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
  • Position engineering services, digital transformation, and technology consulting solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the Hi-Tech ecosystem
  • Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to craft custom client solutions
  • Represent the firm at technology and industry networking events

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Strong experience selling engineering services, digital engineering, or IT services
  • Proven success in hunter roles focused on new logo acquisition
  • Established network within Bay Area Hi-Tech companies
  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales engagements
  • Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
