This role is designed for a high-performing enterprise sales professional with a strong track record of acquiring new logos within the Hi-Tech industry, including semiconductor, software, cloud, and platform companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business acquisition within strategic Hi-Tech accounts in the Bay Area
- Develop relationships with C-level executives, engineering leaders, and procurement teams
- Lead the end-to-end enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure
- Position engineering services, digital transformation, and technology consulting solutions
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline within the Hi-Tech ecosystem
- Collaborate with internal engineering and delivery teams to craft custom client solutions
- Represent the firm at technology and industry networking events
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong experience selling engineering services, digital engineering, or IT services
- Proven success in hunter roles focused on new logo acquisition
- Established network within Bay Area Hi-Tech companies
- Ability to manage complex enterprise sales engagements
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
