Job Summary
DRYmedic Restoration Services is seeking a driven, detail-oriented
Reconstruction Superintendent
to partner closely with Reconstruction Project Managers, the Project Coordinator, vendors, in-house crews, subcontractors, and clients to keep projects moving smoothly. In this hands‑on role, you’ll help ensure the right materials are on‑site at the right time and that workmanship meets DRYmedic’s quality standards.
Responsibilities
Source, transport, and stage job materials; oversee receiving, inventory, and distribution of materials and equipment to crews and subcontractors
Conduct routine job‑site visits and review project files/progress notes to support on‑schedule, on‑scope completion
Coordinate with multiple Project Managers to verify quality standards, resolve field issues, and provide clear written and photographic progress documentation
Serve as the on‑site point of contact when needed, meeting with clients, vendors, adjusters, and subcontractors on behalf of the Project Manager
Qualifications
2+ years of hands‑on construction experience
2+ years of foreman‑level (or higher) leadership/supervisory experience
IICRC certification preferred (a plus)
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed
Full‑time schedule: Monday through Friday
Physical Requirements
Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 50 pounds or force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects
Ability to work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, wet/humid environments, and/or with vibration
Working with mechanical and chemical hazards and conditions including fumes, odors, dusts, gases, and/or poor ventilation
Ability to climb, talk, crouch, stand, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools and vehicles
