The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and acquiring new surety business revenue, with a focus on small to mid-size companies with high revenue. The VP will also be expected to assist in the education and development of other staff members in sales and client service, as well as to apply industry technologies to enhance the sales process. A key aspect of the position is the preparation and implementation of an individual business plan and production budget, and the development of interdivision and intercompany relationships.
