— and are actively scaling across the state through organic growth and acquisitions.
About the Role We are hiring a
VP of Sales
who will serve as the chief revenue leader for the entire platform. This is a hands-on executive role laser-focused on
driving aggressive growth in retail/residential roofing sales
(in-home sales, insurance restoration, and direct-to-consumer). You will own the full sales strategy and execution across both brands while building the scalable sales engine needed for future acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
Own top-line revenue growth and margin performance across Action Roofing and Skymark Roofing
Develop and execute a statewide retail/residential sales strategy with a heavy emphasis on high-volume in-home and insurance sales
Build, lead, and scale high-performing sales teams (recruiting, training, process standardization, and accountability)
Implement repeatable sales processes, CRM discipline, and data-driven forecasting to hit aggressive growth targets
Partner with local ops teams and leadership to align sales with production and customer experience
Drive market expansion and support integration of new acquisitions
Requirements
8–10+ years of progressive sales leadership in residential roofing (retail/in-home sales and insurance restoration strongly preferred)
Proven track record scaling multi-location sales organizations in Florida or similar markets
Deep experience in retail/residential roofing sales with full P&L or revenue ownership
Strong builder mindset — comfortable recruiting, training, and enforcing processes in a growth platform
Willingness to be based in South Florida with regular travel across the state
