We are currently searching for a
Order Management Specialist, Invoicing
in our
Burlington, Massachusetts
office. You will maintain relationships with customers and continuously improve the quality and efficiency of invoice handling by ensuring that customer requirements are met. The role focuses on administrative and invoicing related tasks. This is a
hybrid
position.
What's Your Role? This position is a key contact point for invoice related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders. Your daily responsibilities include invoicing tasks, ensuring data accuracy across invoicing systems and channels, and collecting past‑due invoices.
Invoicing Tasks
Create and process credit and debit invoices.
Upload invoices to customer portals.
Handle Pagero (e‑invoicing) related tasks.
Resolve invoicing disputes (dispute case handling).
Assist with collecting past‑due invoices.
Order Handling & Data Management
Complete vendor forms and questionnaires as required by customers for onboarding.
Manage customer portals.
Active communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
Maintain customer data in Salesforce.
What Will You Bring?
High school diploma and 2‑3 years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Excellent time management and multi‑tasking.
Ability to work in fast‑paced, high‑volume capacity.
Maintain a positive professional attitude at all times.
Seeking candidates with portal invoicing experience.
Experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
SAP experience desired.
Must be flexible, self‑motivated, have a take‑charge attitude, and prioritize tasks from multiple supervisors.
Customer focused.
ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE $70,000 – $85,000 base salary with a performance bonus plan. Salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Additionally, we offer a competitive benefits package outlined below.
