Account Executive

to drive new enterprise revenue net and help shape the next phase of our go‑to‑market sales motion. This is a hunter role focused on identifying, engaging, and closing complex buyers while operating comfortably in an evolving, high‑growth environment. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, brings a disciplined yet adaptable sales approach, and is excited to help define playbooks, refine messaging, and build repeatable enterprise sales cadence from the ground up.

What You'll Do:

Own the full enterprise sales cycle for net‑new commercial and strategic accounts, from outbound prospecting through negotiation and close

Develop and execute targeted outbound strategies to generate pipeline across defined ICP segments

Run structured prospecting and messaging experiments to identify scalable, repeatable patterns for pipeline creation

Partner with Marketing and Leadership to refine enterprise positioning, value propositions, and go‑to‑market messaging

Lead end‑to‑end sales execution including discovery, qualification, executive demos, solution alignment, negotiation, and contract close

Navigate complex, multi‑stakeholder buying groups, including executive sponsors, technical evaluators, and operational decision‑makers

Build compelling business cases and ROI‑driven narratives tailored to enterprise‑level buyers

Maintain disciplined pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and CRM hygiene within Salesforce

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Customer Success and Product to ensure seamless handoffs, strong onboarding alignment, and expansion opportunities

Contribute to the development and refinement of sales playbooks, including ICP definition, objection handling frameworks, qualification standards, and deal strategy

What You'll Need:

5+ years of B2B sales experience, including exposure to account‑level or enterprise sales cycles with longer deal timelines and multi‑stakeholder buying groups

Proven success as a full‑cycle Account Executive, owning pipeline generation through close, including outbound prospecting

Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline without dedicated BDR support

Experience designing, testing, and iterating messaging or prospecting strategies to identify scalable patterns for demand generation

Strong discovery and consultative selling skills, with the ability to uncover business drivers, quantify value, and align solutions to measurable outcomes

Experience navigating complex, multi‑threaded deals involving executive sponsors, technical stakeholders, and operational buyers

Comfort operating in ambiguous, high‑growth environments where processes, playbooks, and enterprise motion are still evolving

Strong data fluency with disciplined CRM management and forecasting accuracy (Salesforce experience preferred)

Clear, compelling written communication skills for outbound engagement and executive‑level correspondence

Ability to balance tactical execution (prospecting, deal progression) with strategic input as the enterprise sales motion matures

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, based on experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations. Plus commission and bonus consideration.
