What You’ll Do:

As a Corporate Recruiter, you’ll own the full-cycle recruiting process across a diverse portfolio of roles—from corporate positions to on-site property teams nationwide. You’ll partner closely with leaders, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes that directly impact our business. You’ll partner closely with leaders, build strong candidate pipelines, and drive hiring outcomes that directly impact our business. Where You’ll Work:

Located in downtown Columbus, Ohio, our corporate offices overlook the Columbus Commons which plays hosts to over 200 events throughout the year. Enjoy the building’s fitness center and rooftop terrace with adjoining clubroom, and walk to some of the city’s best restaurants and downtown amenities.

What You’ll Own:

Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs, shape roles, and execute effective hiring strategies Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and markets, ensuring quality hires and a strong candidate experience Proactively source and engage top talent using LinkedIn, Indeed, networking, and creative outreach strategies Build and maintain strong pipelines of both active and passive candidates Support and execute internal mobility efforts, including promotions and transfers Own candidate communications from first touch through offer, including offers, rejections, and pre-employment steps Leverage data and recruiting metrics to drive decisions, improve processes, and meet hiring goals Contribute to employer branding efforts, including job advertising and social media initiatives Other duties and projects as directed and assigned

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field preferred 1+ years of recruiting experience across multiple roles, industries, or markets (high-volume experience strongly preferred) Proven ability to source passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn and Indeed Experience working within an applicant tracking system (we use Paycor Recruiting) Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities at once
