The company prides itself on its innovation, quality, and customer trust. Role Description This is a part-time, on-site role located in Sacramento, CA, for a Brand Ambassador. The Brand Ambassador will represent FRIENDLY BRAND by promoting and educating customers about the company's products and values. Responsibilities include building and nurturing relationships with customers and retail partners, creating brand awareness in the community, conducting product demonstrations, and gathering customer feedback. This role serves as the face of the brand and ensures a positive and informed customer experience. Qualifications Strong Interpersonal Skills to engage with diverse audiences and build relationships Expertise in Brand Ambassadorship and implementing strategies to increase Brand Awareness Proficiency in Customer Service to address inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction Excellent Communication skills to educate customers and represent the brand effectively Passionate about the cannabis industry and knowledgeable about its products Ability to work collaboratively with team members and retail partners Previous experience in a similar role is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus
