
Brand Manager

The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness, positioning, and market presence. This role ensures consistent messaging across all channels and delivers a cohesive brand experience. The Brand Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, external agencies, and key stakeholders to drive brand growth and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute brand strategies aligned with overall business objectives
Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and differentiation in the market
Ensure consistency in brand voice, identity, and communication across all channels
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional platforms
Oversee creation of marketing assets including digital content, advertising, and collateral
Manage brand presence at events, sponsorships, and public-facing initiatives
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
Analyze consumer behavior and industry trends to inform brand strategy
Track and report on brand performance metrics (KPIs), providing actionable insights
Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines
Ensure a consistent brand experience across all customer touchpoints
Manage brand marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners/agencies to execute initiatives
Present strategies, results, and recommendations to leadership

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field
5+ years of experience in brand management or marketing
Proven success in developing and executing brand strategies
Experience managing marketing budgets and external vendors/agencies
Experience in manufacturing or related industry preferred
Strategic thinker with a focus on long-term brand growth
Creative and innovative problem solver
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
