Attend training sessions to stay updated on program knowledge and systems
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
Experience with data entry and computer usage
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to work scheduled shifts and maintain regular attendance
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment
