Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while building strong relationships
Document and process customer claims accurately in designated systems
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while adhering to confidentiality requirements
Participate in training and meetings to stay updated on program changes
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
Fluency in English and Spanish (bilingual proficiency required)
Experience with data entry using a computer
Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with computer applications
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields in a contact center environment
