Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and courteously
Resolve customer issues by actively listening and understanding their needs
Document and process customer claims accurately in the appropriate systems
Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance
Attend training sessions to stay informed on program knowledge and processes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with data entry using a computer
Fluent in reading and speaking English
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields in a contact center
Experience working from home
Previous state or federal work experience
