We are looking for a
Website Optimization Specialist
to partner with our client's creative team and marketing stakeholders to craft their ideas into website pages using their CMS platform (Contentful). You will play an instrumental role in improving the effectiveness of our client's website to drive new customer acquisition. You will participate in the coordination of web activities to ensure that the website has a consistent look and feel and similar user experience. With millions of visitors each month, you'll have the opportunity to apply best practices and see the pages you build come to life for our customers and measure its success.
Responsibilities
Support the creation, updating, publishing, and management of website content.
Collaborate with internal designers and marketing stakeholders to translate business and campaign objectives into functional website pages.
Oversee the end-to-end content delivery process, ensuring smooth progression from initial creation and stakeholder review through to final deployment on the production website.
Ensure brand and user experience (UX) consistency across the site by coordinating various web activities and strategies.
Work closely with the strategy team to stay aligned with organization-wide site changes and initiatives.
Participate in driving velocity testing initiatives by designing and implementing A/B tests using Statsig and analyzing key performance metrics and user behavior using tools like Google Analytics and Mouseflow.
Qualifications
3+ years of content management or web experience.
Experience with Contentful, Clickup, or other Content Management System (CMS) and project management tools is a plus.
Web development experience a plus – Familiarity with markup (HTML) and presentation (CSS).
Experience with A/B testing tool, Analytics tools are a plus.
Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with product owners, stakeholders, designers, and front end developers.
A passion for great work with the vision, instincts, and tenacity to make it happen.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and multiple concurrent initiatives.
