At Kelly®, we're seeking a Documentation Specialist to work in Woodland Hills, CA. This opportunity could be the one you've been looking for.
Pay Rate:
$21/hr Schedule : Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Temp to Hire Documentation Specialist: - Handling all incoming mail tasks, including scanning and processing return mails, printing hard copies, and managing shipping tasks. - Maintaining organized records by filing various media and retrieving requested files for internal and client needs. - Conducting quality checks to ensure accuracy before delivery and applying Bates stamps to records for identification and tracking.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you: - Have a High School Diploma or GED (required). - Bring 1+ year of relevant work experience in date entry and customer service. - Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to handle confidential documents with discretion.
