
Entry Level Account Executive

Essential Functions And Responsibilities
Enters customer orders accurately and maintain order records
Tracks order status and provide updates to customers and internal teams
Scans, uploads, and organizes documentation
Updates reports and spreadsheets as required
Follows orders from entry through shipping to ensure accurate communication
Prepares monthly inventory reports (Customer Supplied Components)
Maintains accurate records for each customer (quotes, orders, pricing, packaging, specifications, complaints)
Provides sales support for domestic customers
Processes invoices and assist with billing inquiries
Responds to customer questions and concerns in a timely manner
Sends product samples to new and existing customers
Answers basic questions regarding products and benefits
Provides feedback to management regarding customer activity and concerns
Coordinates travel arrangements for sales team (flights, hotels, transportation)
Assists with planning and logistics for trade shows, expos, and industry events
Schedules customer meetings, site visits, and dinners
Supports preparation of materials for customer meetings and trade shows
Other duties assigned by the immediate Supervisor
Qualifications
Associate’s degree in Science or Business required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
1 - 3 years inside sales experience or customer service experience
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
Strong customer service skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
