Body Shop Estimator (Collision Repair)
We're looking for a skilled and detail-driven Body Shop Estimator to join our team. In this role, you'll be the critical link between customers, insurance partners, and the repair teamensuring accurate estimates, efficient workflows, and an exceptional customer experience. What You'll Do
Inspect and assess vehicle damage (structural, body, mechanical, and interior) Create accurate, comprehensive repair estimates using industry-standard systems Determine repair vs. replace decisions with a focus on safety, cost, and OEM standards Partner with technicians and shop leadership to ensure repair accuracy and efficiency Communicate directly with insurance adjusters to negotiate and finalize estimates Manage total loss evaluations and determine salvage value when applicable Track estimates from initial write-up through completion to ensure profitability and cycle time goals Deliver clear, professional communication to customers throughout the repair process What Sets You Apart
Proven experience as an estimator in a collision or heavy-duty truck repair environment Strong knowledge of repair processes, parts, and labor standards Experience working with insurance carriers and negotiating claims Proficiency in estimating software (ISIS, CCC ONE, Mitchell, or similar) High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy Ability to prioritize, multitask, and perform under deadlines Professional communication skills and a customer-first mindset Why Join RWC Group
