proven General Sales Manager (GSM)
to lead a strong, established Chevrolet dealershipin Roanoke, VA. If you’re a results-driven leader who knows how to run a strong desk, develop people, and elevate a team’s performance, we want to talk.
Responsibilities
Lead variable operations including
new, used, and F&I performance
Drive consistent
profitability, deal structure, and desking strategy
Establish clear expectations and hold the team accountable to
daily activity, gross, and volume targets
Coach and develop team members to improve performance and consistency
Build a culture of
urgency, professionalism, and customer focus
Requirements
Proven experience as a
GSM or high-performing Sales Manager
in a high-volume dealership
Strong
desking and deal-structure skills
with a track record of driving gross
A
leader with emotional intelligence
— able to motivate, coach, and hold people accountable the right way
Someone who leads from the front, not from behind a desk
High level of organization, follow-through, and operational discipline
Experience with
Chevrolet or domestic brands
is a plus
