Job Overview Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Global Sales Manager to join our Hyatt Sales Force – Global Enterprise team. The Global Enterprise team is responsible for developing long‑term, strategic partnerships with both corporate travel customers and the meetings and events teams for a designated set of Global Accounts, with a focus on the Financial/Banking market & Government market. The Global Sales Manager will work in tandem with two Global Directors to set the account management strategy for each account, and to implement and oversee the tactics and initiatives that will increase Hyatt performance across all regions. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Hyatt Sales Force team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role Responsibilities include working in tandem with the Global Directors to implement and oversee Hyatt’s sales strategy, strategic objectives, and tactics/initiatives for our Global Enterprise Accounts. This position will be responsible for developing and nurturing long‑term strategic global accounts/relationships with a set portfolio of global accounts, primarily HQ’d in the US and focused on the Financial/Banking and Government markets. New business development and brand awareness globally is also key to supporting our hotels through proactive sales missions, tradeshows/events and hotel familiarization trips. This is a remote position and the individual reports directly to two Global Sales Directors – Global Enterprise Team.

Support and add value to creation and implementation of strategic action plans for a portfolio of accounts to meet/exceed revenue goals

Experience managing complex, high‑volume workloads while supporting multiple leaders with competing and time‑sensitive needs

Effectively communicate and bring Hyatt’s story to life

Champion new and need hotels and other company initiatives and priorities

Resourcefully engage all areas of the organization to find collaboration opportunities, experiment, and secure the sale

Participate in sales calls and business travel as needed, including customer appointments, quarterly business reviews, tradeshows/industry events and internal meetings as appropriate

Support all aspects of the annual corporate travel RFP process

Possess a strong customer service mind‑set

Engage with hotel sales teams, operators, and owners to build rapport and support our shared sales goals

Stay current on market conditions, forecasts, and trends and translate to action with proactive measures to drive sales

Maintain a high level of productivity while working independently in a fast‑paced and relatively autonomous environment

Exhibit solid written and verbal communication skills with an ability to stay nimble and creative

Ability to influence and engage diverse audiences in various settings

Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously while delivering timely, high‑quality results

Bring a high level of follow‑through, organization, and leadership presence to daily work

Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values

Qualifications Experience Required:

At least 3+ years of industry experience with a proven track record

Experience with Corporate Business Travel/Hospitality Industry

Strong understanding of Group/MICE Segment

Proficient within full MS Office Suite

Strong knowledge and command of Envision or equivalent CRM

Experience Preferred:

Comprehensive knowledge of Hotels and Sales Practices

Experience with Master Sales Agreements/MSAs for meeting/event customers

Working understanding/experience with Finance/Banking and/or Government segment and customers preferred

Experience with Cognos, Thoughtspot, Agency360, Reserve, SynXis, RMT, Oracle

Application The salary range for this position is $90,000-$100,000. This position is also eligible for our global sales incentive plan. The final pay rate/salary offered to the successful candidate will depend on experience, skill level, and other qualifications for the role, as well as the location of the performance of work. Pay for the successful candidate will meet local requirements, including the local minimum wage rate.
