Are you passionate about social media, client service, and delivering work that makes an impact? We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to support a key global account across performance and social channels.
This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused role where you’ll combine strong client service fundamentals with a clear understanding of how social channels work in practice.

As an Account Manager, you’ll have the following duties and responsibilities:
Act as the day-to-day contact for client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and expectation management
Build strong relationships by understanding client priorities, challenges, and ways of working
Coordinate organic and paid social activity, including influencer and creator management
Oversee projects from brief to final delivery, keeping timelines, approvals, and workflows on track
Collaborate with creative, studio, digital, insight, and production teams to deliver socially relevant, on-brand work
Maintain documentation, schedules, and status reports to keep everyone aligned
Support the Account Director with estimates, scopes, budgets, and financial tracking
Stay ahead of platform updates, emerging behaviours, and best practices to inform recommendations
We’re looking for an Account Manager with the following skills and experience:
Extensive account management experience in a client-facing role within an agency setting
Solid understanding of how social content is made, adapted, and delivered across channels
Knowledge of performance-driven social media marketing or digital marketing
Strong organisational discipline and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Experience coordinating diverse teams to deliver for multiple stakeholders
Confidence in communicating social requirements clearly and without jargon
Calm, solutions-focused approach in fast-moving situations
Attention to detail and pride in delivering high-quality output
