We are seeking an

entrepreneurial operator

to manage and scale a world-class portfolio of recruiting firms within the legal vertical. As an Account Manager, you won't just be "managing accounts"—you will be a strategic advisor to business owners, helping them optimize operations, design new systems, and drive massive revenue growth within

our client’s

marketplace.

What You’ll Do

High-Stakes Relationship Management:

Act as a growth consultant for top-tier recruiters, advising them on operational excellence and performance strategy.

Scale the Supply Engine:

Identify friction points from onboarding to retention and build the systems necessary to eliminate them.

Marketplace Innovation:

Design and run experiments on incentive programs, automations, and workflows to increase marketplace liquidity.

Cross-Functional Strategy:

Bridge the gap between operations and product by translating recruiter insights into actionable product improvements.

Who You Are

The Operator:

You have 2–8 years of experience in account management, startup operations, or a customer-facing role where you

owned a revenue target

(not just retention).

The High-Achiever:

You possess a clear "signal of excellence"—this could be a degree from a top-tier university, experience at a revered high-growth startup (Series A to Pre-IPO), or a background in D1 athletics or the military.

The Builder:

You thrive in fast-paced environments where you are given full autonomy to ship, iterate, and see real-time results.

The Local:

You are based in or willing to work onsite in San Francisco to collaborate closely with the founding team.
