Community Outreach Representative - Nonprofit Fundraising Campaign

We are seeking
motivated, outgoing individuals
to join our team as
Community Outreach Representatives . In this role, you will engage with local residents through
face-to-face outreach , promote
nonprofit initiatives , and help secure
donations that support meaningful causes . This is a
field-based, entry-level position
with a supportive team environment, offering hands-on experience in
fundraising, community engagement, and direct marketing .
No prior experience is required —we provide full training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities. Key Responsibilities
Conduct
door-to-door outreach and community canvassing
to raise awareness for nonprofit campaigns Represent nonprofit partners with a
professional, positive, and engaging approach Clearly communicate
campaign goals, mission impact, and donation opportunities Inspire supporters to contribute through
one-time or recurring donations Accurately track
donor information, outreach activity, and campaign results Collaborate with team members to achieve
daily and weekly fundraising goals Qualifications
Friendly, outgoing personality with strong
communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with
face-to-face interaction
in a door-to-door or community setting Passion for
nonprofit work, fundraising, and community impact Reliable, self-motivated, and
goal-oriented mindset Ability to work outdoors and
walk for extended periods Previous experience in
sales, customer service, marketing, or fundraising
