ABOUT THE COMPANY We are exclusively partnering with a PE-backed manufacturer of solar-powered mobile surveillance technology to hire Territory Sales Executives across Dallas, Houston, and Riverside/San Bernardino.

They've expanded from 7 to 85+ U.S. employees and are executing an aggressive 5-year national growth plan, adding 50+ sales reps across the country.

Their technology — solar-powered, 4G/5G cellular-connected mobile surveillance trailers — is purpose-built for active construction sites where fixed infrastructure isn't practical. Unlike competitors who assemble off-the-shelf components, this company builds its platform from the ground up. Current customers include nationally recognized general contractors across commercial construction and infrastructure.

THE ROLE This is a true boots-on-the-ground hunter role. You'll own a defined geographic territory and be responsible for driving net-new rental contracts with commercial general contractors and infrastructure firms.

This is not a lead-gen role, an account management role, or a desk job. It's a field hunting position for someone who thrives on self-generated pipeline, high activity, and fast closes. If you want to control your own earnings and build something real, this is the role.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Visit 4–5 active construction job sites per day, cold prospecting and building superintendent-level relationships

Self-generate 90%+ of your own pipeline — no inbound leads, no SDR support

Quote and close recurring solar-powered surveillance rental contracts (3–4 week cycle, $250–300/week per unit)

Work toward a quota of 5 new towers per month

Manage pipeline and activity in SugarCRM

No overnight travel required — field-based within your defined territory

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Must-Haves:

2–3+ years of quota-carrying outside/field sales experience

Hunter mentality — you thrive on self-generated pipeline and high-activity models

Background in equipment rental, construction, site services, utilities, or security

Comfortable cold-approaching job sites and engaging unannounced

Currently residing within territory (Houston, DFW, or Riverside/San Bernardino)

Strong Differentiators:

Experience selling rental contracts — equipment, site services, portable storage, or similar

Existing relationships with General Contractors, Superintendents, or Project Managers

Security or surveillance industry background

Proven quota attainment — Presidents Club or performance ranking mentions a plus

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

OTE: ~$135,000 (uncapped with performance accelerators)

Mileage imbursement at IRS rate (72.5¢/mile)
