Customer Account Specialist – Miami, FL (33178) | Direct Hire Summary: Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction and managing all account-related activities including P.O. review, bookings, RMAs, credits, reporting, and issue resolution.
