Customer Account Specialist – Miami, FL (33178) | Direct Hire Summary Acts as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, driving customer satisfaction and managing all account-related activities including P.O. review, bookings, RMAs, credits, reporting, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Manage aftermarket accounts: quotes, repair orders, bookings, returns, credits, and status updates

Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and maintain strong relationships

Collaborate with Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, and Trade Compliance teams

Support process improvements and adhere to standard work procedures

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience

2+ years in MRO, customer service, inside sales, or aerospace/aviation aftermarket
