Job Details Join our dynamic team as a Permanent Sales Account Manager in the Manufacturing industry. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to strengthen and grow our business. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about achieving sales targets, managing key accounts, and delivering top‑notch customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts, meeting revenue targets, and ensuring effective merchandising. If you are a bilingual professional with a proven track record in pipeline management and sales quota, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing key accounts, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent achievement of sales quota and revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to convert them into profitable business relationships.
Regularly review and analyze sales performance against sales plans and quotas, and take corrective actions as needed.
Work closely with the merchandising team to ensure product availability and visibility in line with customer needs and market trends.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of our products and services, market trends, and competitor activities.
Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales account management role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales quotas and meeting revenue targets.
Experience in managing wholesale and key accounts.
Strong skills in pipeline management and business development.
Bilingual with professional communication skills (Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Tagalog or Filipino preferred).
Solid understanding of merchandising strategies and techniques.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance data.
Excellent negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
Highly motivated, results‑driven, and able to work independently.
Proficient in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
