Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $18.78 per hour

Shift: Support hours fall between 7am - 6pm CST, Monday - Friday and 8am - 12pm CST, Saturday. Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime based on the needs of the business. Candidate must be available to work any 8-hour shift within those hours.

What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative?

Providing advanced product and service information, responding to moderately complex customer questions and issues.

Recording and processing custom or special orders, coordinating with other teams as needed for delivery.

Handling escalated customer issues promptly and obtaining managerial approvals as required.

Making outbound calls to customers to develop and nurture new relationships.

Acting as a primary point of contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.

Scheduling follow‑up actions and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.

Conducting customer interviews to clarify requirements and collect detailed client information.

Delivering exceptional service to encourage ongoing customer loyalty and satisfaction.

Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices and company policies.

This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You

Have post‑secondary non‑tertiary education.

Bring 1 to 3 years of customer support or related experience.

Are able to work independently and handle complex customer interactions.

Are comfortable with digital communications and CRM systems.

Possess strong problem‑solving skills, customer focus, and ability to build rapport.

Are flexible to work any 8‑hour shift within support hours, including occasional holidays and overtime.

Are open to a temporary, contingent position with no expectation to convert to a full‑time role, but with access to future career opportunities.
