Job Title: Digital Publishing QA/QC

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Digital Publishing QA/QC Lead to ensure all web and digital marketing content is accurate, error‑free, and aligned with established publishing standards prior to release.

This role focuses on quality governance and operational excellence, including reviewing digital content, enforcing QA processes, and improving publishing discipline across teams.

The individual will also drive documentation, training, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance content quality and consistency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Perform detailed proofreading of web pages, landing pages, emails, forms, and digital content before publishing

Identify and correct typos, grammatical errors, formatting inconsistencies, spacing issues, and alignment gaps

Validate hyperlinks and ensure all links function correctly

Ensure adherence to brand standards, design files, and style guidelines

Conduct cross-browser and device testing to ensure consistent user experience

Perform accessibility (ADA) checks to ensure compliance

Collaborate with authors, developers, and project managers to resolve issues efficiently

Develop and maintain QA checklists, review protocols, and publishing standards

Enforce publishing workflows and ensure adherence to QC processes

Track recurring quality issues and implement preventive improvements

Conduct periodic audits of live content for quality assurance

Create training materials and documentation for publishing standards

Train authors and content teams on QA best practices and expectations

Provide feedback to reduce repeat errors and improve efficiency

Partner with Marketing Operations to optimize publishing workflows

Serve as the primary QA/QC lead, establishing and maintaining quality standards

Must Have:

Strong proofreading skills with light editing/writing capability

Exceptional attention to detail

Experience reviewing web or digital marketing content

Ability to enforce process standards effectively and diplomatically

Experience creating documentation and training materials

Strong organizational and communication skills

Understanding of ADA compliance standards

Ability to collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams

Nice to Have:

Experience working within CMS platforms (e.g., AEM or similar)

Familiarity with tools such as Hearsay, Adobe Target, OneTrust, DAM platforms, Workfront, and Stensul

Knowledge of WCAG guidelines, usability, and responsive design principles

Ability to manage multiple concurrent reviews in a fast-paced environment

Experience with structured publishing workflows
